Rachael & Myles Westlock Wedding Photography

Rachael & Myles chose June 11, 2010 to be their wedding date. We couldn't have asked for better weather that day. The sky was just the right blue, it was really inspirational ...

The getting ready images were taken at Rachael's parents home. This gorgeous house is conveniently located on the Westlock Golf Course which we also used for a portion of the formal photographs later that day. Rachael had her make-up and hair done here as well. Once Rachael was all dolled up, we shot her bridal portraits. What can I say, she looked stunning.

They exchanged vows in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church and were surrounded by their family and many friends. Father Sabinus officiated the wedding.

The formals took place ALL over Westlock! Rachael and I planned all the locations ahead of time. We shot at the golf course, at a red barn & baseball diamond. I had a great time with this wedding party. Since we had plenty of time, nothing was rushed and everyone had fun :)

Rachael & Myles chose lavender as the accent color. It was prominent in Rachael's flower bouquet, the girls bridesmaids dresses,  the guys ties & hall. All the hall (Westlock Memorial Hall) accessories were rented from ABC Bridal and the decorators did an amazing job in draping the ceiling, the head table back drop, archways and cake table. All the guests had an amazing time, when it was time to party EVERYBODY ran onto the dance floor! 

 The newly weds honeymooned in Europe for two weeks. Rachael & Myles loved the food in Greece. They had an amazing time on the beach and site seeing in Santorini.

My second shooter, Jeff Gibbons got hurt this year and unfortunately could not shoot with me. Wishing you a speedy recovery Jeff! I also wanted to say a special thank you to Sharon McNamara Barnes that stepped in. You did an amazing job. Thanks again Sharon!
