A Mother's Day Gift for a Special Mom

This was the first year, that I did a Mother's Day Promotion to honor our Special Moms. The decision to do so was very last minute, but the response was enormous. Dale and Lesley, were one of the first ones to email and reserve a spot. In no time, we schedualed a day that worked best for all the members of the DeBock Family.

Dale's mom, Brenda, was super excited. She had a plan and kindly informed me of all the photographs she wanted and we got to 'work' right away. The actual day was perfect. Not too hot, not too cold, just right ... or so I thought! About 20 minutes into our shoot, it started to drizzle, which turned into some rain, which turned into shelter mode. We found a bridge and hung out under it until it was safe to come out.

Behind the Scenes TAKE ONE: Nature wouldn't be fun without a little exploring. Dylan befriended a lady bug (bottom right). We made sure to take a photo of her too :)

Beautiful pictures, as always Kinga! I especially love the ethereal light in the photo that is 11th from the bottom--warm and golden, just lovely!
I am so glad that you'll be our photographer--it will be nice to share our special day with someone who is not only talented and loves her work but who is so warm and fun to work with!
